DNA OF VINTAGE · ABOUT US

Vintage is in our blood. And it has been for quite a while.

For us, vintage is more than beautiful objects. It’s a passion, a way of looking at the world, and part of our everyday lives.

For over a decade, we’ve been finding, getting to know, and selling things from the past. We’re fascinated by the design of earlier eras, the ingenuity of designers, materials, details, and the stories hidden in objects.

The ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s hold a special place in our hearts. We love porcelain, ceramics, glass, lighting, and everyday objects that can still surprise us with their form and function after so many decades.

For us, vintage isn’t just work. It’s a way of life.

Two passions. Two businesses. One shared world of vintage.

We each run our own independent business in Germany. But we’ve decided to present our interests and finds together under one brand — DNA of Vintage.

We share a love of authentic objects, but each of us brings something of our own to this world.

Aneta Walter — Antonetta Atelier

Alongside vintage, she works creatively with furniture, giving each piece an individual character. She creates her own furniture designs and decorative marquetry, bringing together craftsmanship, imagination, and her own perspective on design.

Each piece of furniture is a separate project — one of a kind and made with attention to detail.

Rafal Walter — vintage and exceptional finds

Through his independent business, he sells vintage objects that we present together under the DNA of Vintage brand.

Although we run separate businesses, we share one goal: to show how much beauty, quality, and originality can be found in objects from the past.

We know our stuff. And we’re happy to talk about it.

Years of experience have taught us to notice details that are easy to overlook.

We’re happy to share what we know, answer questions, and help you choose. Curious about an object’s origins, age, material, condition, or how it would work in your home? Ask us.

We believe good service doesn’t end with a sale. Honest information, trust, and the pleasure of discovery matter, too.

So what will you actually find here?

We can’t always predict that.

Today it might be a vase from the ’70s; tomorrow, an unusual lamp, a porcelain dinner service, or an object whose purpose takes a little figuring out.

And that’s exactly why we love vintage.

Design • Nostalgia • Authenticity

It’s more than what our name stands for. These are the three things that best describe our world.
